Beachside Holiday Assistant

This is an opportunity to join our park team as a Beachside Holiday Assistant who's ready to deliver exceptional customer service and support the housekeeping team to ensure every guest enjoys a clean and comfortable stay.

  • Provide a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently
  • Utilize the park booking system to manage reservations and accounts accurately
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation for guests
  • Supply guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
  • Complete administrative tasks to maintain office efficiency
  • Maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and guests alike
  • Clean and prepare guest accommodations to the highest standard

About You

  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferably within front office roles
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional Guest experiences
  • Proficient computer skills including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A commitment to cleanliness and exceptional presentation standards
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed
  • Current driver's license essential
