ERP Software Specialist Role

This is a client-facing position where you'll serve as a product expert, offering guidance on fit and functionality, delivering impactful demonstrations, and assisting the sales team in converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop solution strategies and drive deal closure
  • Maintain demo environments and create customised scripts
  • Support RFPs, RFIs, and marketing events
  • Provide feedback to enhance product offerings
  • Stay current with training and certifications as a subject matter expert
Essential Qualifications
  • Background in software sales, pre-sales, or consulting (ERP or property tech preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate industry
  • Confidence presenting to executives and large enterprise clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A structured, client-focused, proactive mindset
