ERP Transformation Lead

We are seeking two experienced ERP Functional Leads to lead our client's 3+ year ERP transformation project. The successful candidates will work closely with internal and external senior stakeholders to design and implement HR and Finance processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with senior executives, business stakeholders, functional experts, program resources, and external vendors to deliver the new ERP platform.
  • Lead HR and Finance design and implementation activities across end-to-end processes.
  • Work with program stakeholders to develop detailed ERP process and system requirements.
  • Develop technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

About You:

  • Proven experience in large-scale ERP transformations.
  • Project leadership skills in Waterfall and Agile projects.
  • Capability to understand and interpret business needs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
