Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/F&O Implementation and Support Specialist:

We are a successful market player in the ERP field of expertise, offering implementation, consulting, and support services to customers worldwide.

Our team works at a local and international level with various clients on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/F&O Training, Implementation, and Support projects.

A key aspect of our team is providing excellent customer service and clear communication. We expect you to articulate yourself on both technical and functional levels.

The role involves:

  • Business Requirements Analysis
  • Solution Design
  • Implementation and integration of ERP solutions
  • Pre-sales activities
  • Project management
  • User training
  • Support services

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working as consultants with the Dynamics 365 CRM/F&O software, preferably with another Microsoft partner.
  • Proven experience in implementing medium to large enterprise solutions within the Dynamics 365 suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Good system testing skills.
  • Strong service orientation and consistent delivery of proactive services.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, IT, and e-commerce.
