Job Description:
This role is crucial in supporting the sales team by serving as a technical expert on Yardi solutions. Key responsibilities include demonstrating products, advising clients and prospects, creating sales tools and scripts, and attending marketing events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate products with a consultative approach to advise clients and prospects on best utilization practices.
- Present value propositions to clients and prospects to support the sales team through their sales cycles.
- Ensure demo environments are accurate and current, including all demo data and appropriate sales applications.
- Participate in sales cycle strategies and work closely with salespeople.
- Assist in creating relevant sales tools and demonstration scripts, and conduct ongoing product training for the Sales team.
- Provide market and customer feedback on supported solutions to product management, development, and marketing teams.
- Utilize internal CRM diligently to record client activities, sales opportunities, and forecasts.
- Participate in marketing events to promote Yardi's products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of software sales or pre-sales experience preferably with Cloud ERP or point solution providers.
- Industry: Real estate, ideally experience in Residential/ Commercial/ SaaS/ Software/ ERP.
- Presentation and demonstration skills, driven, self-starter motivated to succeed.
- Ability to interface with C-suite prospects and clients.
- Ability to understand technical products.
- Highly responsive with proven client-centered commitment and focus.
- Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
