The Service Delivery Director - Inclusion Services is an exciting and pivotal role, responsible for overseeing the delivery of existing inclusion programs across the organisation and driving further growth in this area of service delivery. This role works collaboratively with the Services team and other departments to align efforts with Noah's Ark's strategic priorities and vision.

Success in this role requires extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish outcomes, perform a variety of tasks as well as lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and demands and maintain a focus on the strategic priorities of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align all aspects of service delivery with Noah's Ark's purpose, values, and compliance requirements, fostering a positive and values-driven culture.
  • Evaluate programs, identify opportunities for improvement, and manage the performance and development of direct reports to ensure continuous service enhancement.
  • Promote safe and healthy work environments by establishing, enforcing, and complying with standards and legal regulations.
  • Develop and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Champion human rights, inclusion, and diversity principles within the organisation and service delivery.

Position Details:

This position is approximately $90,000 per annum, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

The role can be based at any Noah's Ark site in Victoria, NSW, or the ACT, with travel required to engage with relevant teams based on operational needs.
