Job Title: Night Guest Service Agent

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Night Guest Service Agent at Oaks Sydney Goldsborough Suites. This is a part-time and casual position available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct guest arrivals and departures with a high level of professionalism.
  • Provide personalized and proactive guest service, ensuring a commitment to service excellence and maintaining high standards.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential guest accounts, adhering to strict policies and procedures.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints efficiently and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of productivity.
Requirements:
  • Previous hotel front office/reception experience is essential.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is required.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge, with training provided for the reservations system.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high standard of personal presentation.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Availability to work 10pm - 7am on a rotating roster.
