We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Night Guest Service Agent at Oaks Sydney Goldsborough Suites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct guest arrivals and departures with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Provide personalized, proactive guest service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Maintain accurate guest accounts and adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedures.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure seamless communication and a smooth operation.

Requirements:

  • Previous hotel front office/reception experience.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge, with training provided for our reservations system.
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills, with a high standard of personal presentation.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
