We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Service Agent to join our team at Oaks Sydney Goldsborough Suites. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting guest arrivals and departures with a smile and a warm welcome
  • Providing personalized, proactive guest service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintaining accurate guest accounts and adhering to strict confidentiality policies and procedures
  • Handling guest queries and complaints efficiently and effectively, turning issues into opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Ensuring all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Previous hotel front office/reception experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service
  • Strong computer skills/knowledge, with training provided for our reservations system
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team
  • A high standard of personal presentation, with a commitment to maintaining a positive and professional image
  • Availability to work 10pm - 7am on a rotating roster, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
