Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Oaks Sydney Castlereagh Suites. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check-in guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and preferences
  • Make bookings and reservations for guests
  • Assist guests during their stay, providing information and recommendations on local attractions and amenities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Full-time working rights essential
