Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Minor Hotels is a leading international hotel owner, operator, and investor with a diverse portfolio of over 530 properties across the globe. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Oaks Sydney Castlereagh Suites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check-in guests in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Communicate effectively with guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay
  • Make bookings and assist guests with their needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Full-time working rights essential
