Group Fitness Team Leader

Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate Group Fitness Manager to lead our team at Knox City Goodlife Health club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting group fitness opportunities, increasing member engagement, and enhancing membership value.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Attract and recruit Group Fitness Instructors who live and love fitness.
- Class Management: Manage and timetabling up to 100 Group Fitness classes weekly.
- New Instructor Onboarding: Help new Group Fitness Instructors become a part of the team by coaching, motivating, and inspiring them.
- Culture Building: Build a culture where your team love to come to work and members love to work out.
- Club Experience: Create a fun and focused club experience by organising, marketing, and running group exercises that meet the needs of our members.
- Budget Management: Manage Group Fitness budgets and prepare related reports.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a role model, motivator, and Goodlife brand ambassador.
- Passion for Group Fitness: A passion for and significant experience as a Group Fitness Instructor, ideally Les Mills or studio style.
- Managerial Experience: Previous managerial experience in a health club or gym and a passion for developing people to perform at their full potential.
- Qualifications: Registration with Fitness Australia, First Aid and CPR certifications, and Cert III in Group Exercise Instruction.
