Senior Billing and Collections Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Billing and Collections Manager to join our Finance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the billing and collections process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and providing specialist knowledge and experience to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership roles, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in billing, collections, and billing reporting. You will also have a tertiary qualification in Accounting (or a related field) and be CPA/CA qualified (or working towards).
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a large team in a complex environment
- Monitoring billing activity across multiple streams
- Providing timely and accurate reporting
- Developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
