Leadership Development for Specialist Homelessness

Join a dynamic team as a Housing Manager, delivering high-quality support to veterans and their families at risk of or experiencing homelessness.
Reporting to our Senior Manager – Client Contact and Wellbeing Services, you will play a key role in the delivery of first-class homelessness support to the veteran community and their families.
About the Role- Operationally responsible for managing a team providing specialist homelessness services and/or specialist community services.
- Representing and promoting service delivery within the veteran community through engaging leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
- Leading and mentoring a geographically dispersed team to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Utilizing person-centred and strength-based case management approaches to drive team success.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and culture.
- Rich experience in specialist homelessness services and/or specialist community services organisations.
- Transformational leadership and team management skills, with a focus on change management.
- Formal qualifications in Human Services, Health Sciences, or similar.
- A deep understanding of the ADF environment and its unique sensitivities.
- Be part of a dynamic, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting veterans and their families.
- Contribute to the delivery of innovative programs and initiatives that make a measurable difference in the veteran community.
