About You
You are someone who:
- Has 5+ years of professional experience in leadership, coaching, training, or people development.
- Is looking to transition into a more self-directed, growth-focused role.
- Has strong communication skills and a professional presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook.
- Enjoys mentoring others and supporting growth and development.
- Is confident using Zoom and digital tools to connect and lead.
- Values flexibility, independence, and meaningful work with the potential for significant financial reward.
- Implement structured marketing strategies across digital platforms.
- Generate and manage leads through online channels.
- Conduct interviews and provide information to prospective clients.
- Mentor new clients and support their onboarding journey.
- Participate in weekly Zoom-based training and planning sessions.
