Job Title: Organisational Capability and Leadership Development Specialist

This role is responsible for shaping the future of our organisation by strengthening organisational capability and embedding a culture where people feel empowered, connected, and inspired.

  • Design and deliver initiatives that build leadership capability at all levels.
  • Partner with leaders to research, design, implement, and review fit-for-purpose programs that drive performance and engagement.
  • Facilitate workshops, coaching, and capability-building programs that enable sustainable change.
  • Measure impact and continuously improve initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
