About the Role
  • Provide support to Case Workers and mentors who deliver intensive ongoing case management to clients.
  • Review clients' progress against support plans and provide guidance as needed.
  • Actively advocate for clients with other services and government agencies.
  • Contribute to sharing knowledge and best practices with other services, agencies, and community members.
  • Encourage and enhance team spirit and contribute to maintaining a supportive team environment.
  • Maintain program knowledge and expertise, keeping up with sector developments.
Requirements
  • Qualifications in Community Work, Social Work, Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences preferred.
  • Experience in a leadership role within the homelessness sector.
  • Ability to provide specialized or complex therapeutic interventions and manage a caseload of clients with complex needs.
  • Risk assessment skills and ability to manage challenging client behaviors.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
