About the Role- Provide support to Case Workers and mentors who deliver intensive ongoing case management to clients.
- Review clients' progress against support plans and provide guidance as needed.
- Actively advocate for clients with other services and government agencies.
- Contribute to sharing knowledge and best practices with other services, agencies, and community members.
- Encourage and enhance team spirit and contribute to maintaining a supportive team environment.
- Maintain program knowledge and expertise, keeping up with sector developments.
- Qualifications in Community Work, Social Work, Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences preferred.
- Experience in a leadership role within the homelessness sector.
- Ability to provide specialized or complex therapeutic interventions and manage a caseload of clients with complex needs.
- Risk assessment skills and ability to manage challenging client behaviors.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
