Key Sales Operations Manager for Health Sales Division

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic Health Sales division. In this pivotal role, you'll play a critical part in optimising our sales operations to drive performance and growth in the health insurance sector. Your leadership will be instrumental in analysing sales data, developing insightful sales reports, and implementing best practices across the team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Optimising Contact Centre Performance: Lead daily operations of a high-performance contact centre, ensuring optimal team performance and operational efficiency.
- Streamlining Sales Processes: Streamline sales processes and develop insightful sales reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Analytical Insights: Analyse sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights that drive performance improvements.
- Workforce Planning: Manage workforce planning and scheduling to align resources with business needs and targets.
- Performance Management: Drive performance management initiatives, focusing on onboarding, employee engagement, and reward & recognition to foster a motivated team.
- Sales Forecasting: Oversee sales forecasting and pipeline management to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- CRM Optimisation: Enhance CRM usage to maximise sales effectiveness and customer relationship management.
- Comprehensive Training: Collaborate with team leaders to design and implement comprehensive training programmes that elevate team capabilities.
