We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team. This role involves providing person-centred care and support to individuals in their homes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Social support/transportation: social activities, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointments
- Supporting customers in the use of aids including standing or walking frames and wheelchairs
- Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress
- Participating in staff meetings and attending training as required
- Perform work under the supervision of the Care Coordinator
- Australian Federal Police Clearance
- Current CPR / First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable, registered and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance is required)
- Smartphone with internet access
