Female Home Care Assistant

">Job Description

We are currently seeking a caring and compassionate Female Home Care Assistant to join our team in the Northern Rivers region. As a home care assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to clients in their own homes, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and dignity.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or above in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent and a current Australian Federal Police Clearance. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing person-centred care and support that is tailored to their individual needs. ">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III or above in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent
  • Australian Federal Police Clearance
  • Current CPR / First Aid Certificate
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable, registered and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance is required)
  • Smartphone with internet access
