Personal Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team. As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily living activities, ensuring their independence and dignity.

About the Role

This is a casual opportunity working with a diverse range of customers, providing person-centered care and support. Your duties may include:

  • Assisting with personal care such as showering, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing domestic assistance including light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Social support and transportation including social activities, shopping, and traveling to medical appointments
  • Supporting customers with complex needs
  • Monitoring well-being and reporting progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III or above in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent
  • Australian Federal Police Clearance
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance required)
  • Smartphone with internet access
