Infinite Aged Care is a forward-thinking provider of residential aged care services. We have 17 established care homes across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, and soon to be Victoria.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is part of our Infinite Operational team, focusing on delivering exceptional care and support services to all residents.

The role plays a pivotal part in implementing Infinite's welcome process, overseeing the on-site execution and management of Additional Services/HELF programs, ensuring social and emotional support is provided to all residents, and consistently surpassing resident care and service needs.

This is a permanent full-time position reporting directly to our General Manager in our brand-new Aged Care Home in Tweed Heads, NSW.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clinical, sales, admissions, and finance teams to ensure seamless transitions for new residents.
  • Manage enquiries via email and phone in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Liaise with customers and facilities to schedule or conduct onsite tours.
  • Support new residents and their families in settling into the facility through our Infinite Respite Champion program.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for residents and their families for smooth transitions into aged care and ongoing support.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with residents, families, and team members.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a genuine interest in supporting the needs of elderly individuals.
  • Experience in responding to high volumes of enquiries.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and/or relationship management, preferably in the aged care or healthcare industry.
  • Availability for a full-time role Monday to Friday.
