About the Role

As a Case Success Manager at JustFund, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients and law firm partners. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the journey of our clients and law firm partners to a successful resolution, ensuring that they receive the support and resources they need to achieve an equitable settlement.

You will be responsible for assessing client applications for funding, liaising with clients and law firms to develop a holistic understanding of their needs, and monitoring the status of funded cases. You will also be required to proactively identify and respond to risks that may arise on funded cases, and develop and maintain deep relationships with law firm partners to ensure their experience is as positive, responsive, and supportive as possible.

In addition, you will be responsible for assessing and determining requests from clients and law firms to ensure they have the resources necessary to achieve an equitable settlement, and reporting to the leadership team on the status of funded cases, including any loan risks and expected time to resolution.

You will also be responsible for analysing the outcome of funded cases to improve and refine JustFund's credit assessment processes, and assessing and approving requests for payment submitted by law firms.

About You

We are looking for an individual with +5 years of experience in a fast-paced family law practice, who is results-driven, client-centric, proactive, organised, and a team player. You should be flexible and willing to adapt to the needs of the business, and have a willingness to do whatever it takes to support the business.
