Dedicated Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service and Sales Specialist to join our team in Ballarat. Reporting to the Trade Service Centre Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and sales support to our valued customers.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in various aspects of sales, customer service, and merchandising, including:
- Sales Support: Providing assistance to customers with their enquiries and sales needs, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Merchandising and Stock Replenishment: Maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring stock is replenished as needed to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Face-to-Face Selling: Proactively engaging with customers to promote Ausreo's products and services, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
- Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in the trade or hardware industry.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales and customer engagement, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Availability: Availability to work Monday to Friday, alternating hours from 06:30am-4:30pm.
