Job Title: Operational Readiness Program ManagerAbout the Role:This is a highly skilled and experienced role that involves leading operational readiness projects, commissioning plans, and providing expert advice and guidelines to stakeholders.The goal is to ensure requirements are known, managed, and coordinated to support safe project delivery within scope, with all external contractors informed and activated on Day 1 for successful customer experience.The Site Readiness lead will chair/support specific focus project meetings, produce an integrated plan, and identify key dependencies across the project.This role requires coordinating thought and leadership skills to encourage maximum contributions of all program participants and focus these to maximise outcomes for all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead operational readiness projects to ensure safe project delivery within scope.
  • Commission plans to ensure effective coordination of site readiness activities.
  • Provide expert advice and guidelines to stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of operational readiness requirements.
  • Chair/support specific focus project meetings to facilitate collaboration and decision-making.
  • Produce an integrated plan to identify key dependencies across the project.
  • Cultivate thought leadership and influence to drive collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
