As a Project Readiness Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful handover of new facilities to routine operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced engineers to showcase their skills and expertise.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate engineering activities for facility expansion projects. You will work closely with the Maintenance and Utilities department to oversee engineering and maintenance services that support project delivery of production areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of maintenance activities and input into project workflows to ensure operational readiness
  • Perform acceptance testing, site installation, and commissioning of engineering functions
  • Foster collaboration between project and site engineering functions to promote preventative maintenance and spare parts assessments
  • Identify potential failure modes to prevent failures and align with other facilities
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Maintenance/Process Engineering
  • Experience in Capital Projects or Pharmaceuticals manufacture (cGxP systems) is highly regarded
