Readiness Coordinator Role

We are seeking an Operational Readiness Manager to lead a fixed-term project during a period of growth at our organisation.
This role sits within the Health Support Services Division and will be responsible for coordinating quality assurance processes to ensure facilities are compliant for operational activities after infrastructure works are completed.
The key elements of this role include:
- Preparing facility handovers
- Coordinating stakeholders
- Information management and reporting
The position requires high competencies in information management, with experience in digital records management systems being valuable.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective stakeholder coordination.
This is a temporary role lasting approximately 6 months, depending on start date.
