As the Technical Product Manager for our Hardware team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our product development and driving the performance of our hardware products.

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the technical direction for product development, ensuring our hardware products meet customer and market demands.
    • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver feature development, balancing commercial and client needs for win-win outcomes.
    • Monitor field performance, manage data on deployed units, and inform metric-based decision making for product lifecycle management, roadmaps, and EOL strategies.
    • Stay ahead of market trends by attending industry events and maintaining a strong understanding of vertical needs in the restaurant space.
    • Own and manage tools to track product development, releases, and performance, ensuring investments are directed towards areas with the highest strategic value.
    • Maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment between market leads, product teams, and other product managers for a cohesive approach to product development.

Requirements

    • Tertiary education in Hardware, Product Management, or Technology.
    • Technical background in product management, preferably in electronic products.
    • 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
    • Microsoft Office proficiency and basic understanding of Atlassian.
    • PLM tools expertise.
