
Executive Communication Specialist

We are a leading provider of support services to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), assisting over 10,000 participants annually. Our multi-disciplinary team approach ensures a high-quality support service tailored to the needs and goals of our participants and their families.
As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in improving the independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing of individuals with communication disorders. We welcome experienced Speech Pathologists who enjoy flexibility and working in various settings, including clinics and communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage an allocated caseload, delivering timely therapeutic services to individuals of all ages and abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, incorporating speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists and physiotherapists, to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
The ideal candidate will possess experience leading and supporting others, with a passion for collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team and a desire to make a real difference within the community.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
