Family Response Facilitator

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Family Response Facilitator to join our team in Caboolture.

This permanent full-time position provides quality service delivery to children, young people, families and the community within the Family and Child Connect service.

  1. You will require a tertiary qualification in Child Protection, Human Services, Social Work or related discipline;
  2. A Queensland Provisional Green (P2) or open Driver Licence is also required;
  3. A positive notice in the Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and the ability to obtain any other legislatively required personal history screening as needed;
  4. Evidence of current vaccination against COVID-19 and whooping cough or willingness to obtain prior to commencement, unless applicable exemption provided as per procedure;

This role offers a competitive annual salary between $67,263 to $83,486, dependent on qualifications and experience, with opportunities to increase your take-home pay through salary sacrificing and other benefits available.
