
Community Support Specialist

As a Community Care Worker, you will work one on one with clients in their home and community supporting their confidence to live independently as they choose.
You will complete activities such as:
- In home personal care
- Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing
- Providing care in accordance with Clients Care Plan
- Support with Social and community engagement
- Assistance with transport of clients for shopping and appointments
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Certificate III in Individual Support or similar
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proof of comprehensively insured and registered motor vehicle
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to drive in the course of work
