• Work seamlessly with our Employment Specialist team to recruit participants, find employment opportunities, and access additional support services.

Mentor and Support

• Provide expert guidance alongside our program mentors, ensuring each participant thrives and achieves sustainable employment outcomes.

Achieve and Exceed

• Navigate multiple stakeholders, meet pressing deadlines, and exceed outcomes by guiding people towards their perfect job and adding a smile to their day.
