With our continued expansion into new markets, we are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, drive promotional initiatives, and support our sales team in achieving business growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing recommendations for improvement

  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, website content, etc.)
  • Conduct market research and analyse industry trends and competitor activities
  • Organise and participate in international trade shows and industry events to boost brand visibility
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with overseas clients, supporting the sales team in achieving targets
  • Create marketing materials, product catalogues, and multilingual promotional content

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Business, or related field

Experience in international market promotion and cross-cultural communication is highly regarded

  • Minimum one year' experience in marketing or brand management
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Second languages are advantage)
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments
