Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and proactive individual to oversee the coordination and optimisation of our school's core digital platforms.

This role is responsible for ensuring our systems work efficiently together, support staff and student needs, and align with school improvement priorities.

The successful candidate will have experience managing and supporting digital systems or platforms in an educational or organisational setting.

A strong focus on practical implementation, staff support, and continuous improvement is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the day-to-day operations of multiple school platforms
  • Work alongside vendors to ensure smooth implementation and integration of digital tools
  • Create user guides, SOPs, and training resources tailored to staff and family needs
  • Identify system inefficiencies and lead improvements in workflow and user experience
  • Provide data insights and operational reporting to inform school planning
  • Deliver onboarding and ongoing support to admin and teaching teams
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience managing and supporting digital systems or platforms in an educational or organisational setting
  • A genuine interest in improving school operations and enabling staff through efficient systems and processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support non-technical users
  • Excellent organisation, reliability, and attention to detail
  • A valid Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors
  • A willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
