About the Role

We are seeking an organised and systems-minded individual to oversee the coordination and optimisation of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support the day-to-day operations of multiple school platforms.
  • Work alongside vendors to ensure smooth implementation and integration of digital tools.
  • Create user guides, SOPs, and training resources tailored to staff and family needs.
  • Identify system inefficiencies and lead improvements in workflow and user experience.
  • Provide data insights and operational reporting to inform school planning.
  • Deliver onboarding and ongoing support to admin and teaching teams.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience managing and supporting digital systems or platforms in an educational setting.
  • Genuine interest in improving school operations through efficient systems and processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support non-technical users.
  • Excellent organisation, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • A valid Working with Children Check.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.
  • A willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
