
Strategic Business Development Manager

As a Projects and Accounts Manager, you will play a crucial role in nurturing relationships with existing clients while securing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality projects that meet or exceed client expectations, ensuring maximum revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling services.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and upsell additional services.
- Deliver projects with excellence, meeting deadlines and budgets while constantly seeking opportunities to reduce costs and increase revenue.
- Make strategic decisions to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive productivity.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to take over jobs from sales and deliver them on time, on cost, and at the right quality.
- Excellent customer relationship and customer service skills.
- Strong project planning and management skills.
- Effective project and contract delivery skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and draw conclusions to improve performance.
- Strong drive for achievement, meeting goals, and upselling additional services.
- Ability to handle pressure of strict deadlines and multiple projects.
- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in managing large teams and delivering challenging projects.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office software.
