Community Sales Associate Job Description

We are a leading Australian property group that owns and operates a fast-growing portfolio of lifestyle communities and holiday parks across key urban and coastal markets.

We employ over 1300 people across 120 parks and communities, with offices in three eastern seaboard states.

About the Role

This opportunity is responsible for handling administrative sales tasks, supporting sales activities, and the entire sales process to drive the success of our lifestyle community in Beveridge.

  • Welcome and greet prospective home buyers to the community and present the homes and the project in a professional way.
  • Help coordinate marketing and events for projects, such as open days and events.
  • Manage the company's existing database of clients.
  • Conduct site tours, if necessary, with prospective residents.
  • Ensure properties are always kept immaculate.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Sales Manager, including ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Prepare and process sales documentation on behalf of the Sales Manager.
  • Review competitor profiles and maintain up-to-date information in the CRM system.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATION with excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong local area knowledge.
  • Ability to liaise with individuals within the seniors' community.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to work to deadlines.
  • Availability to work after hours to support client events or functions, such as twilight open home viewings for prospective clients.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays as/when necessary, which may be on an ongoing rostered basis.
