The lifestyle channel division operates with a customer-centric mentality, enhancing merchandise and sales strategies to position our brands as leading premium brands within the ANZ marketplace.

We seek a Key Account Manager to manage accounts and strategy in the lifestyle channel. This role involves fostering strong relationships with partners, ensuring their growth, and maximizing visibility and performance of our brands.

This role requires a deep understanding of sales dynamics, sales strategies, and excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional results in the lifestyle marketplace.

  • Account management and order book responsibility
  • Execution of market place merchandise and sales strategy
  • Forecasting and reporting on sales, sell-in, and sell-out metrics
  • Seasonal sell-in and indent creation
  • Collaboration with merchandise and brand teams to activate seasonal campaigns
  • Key relationship management of client key stakeholders
  • Seasonal technical training sessions and platform tool uploading

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience in wholesale sales and the lifestyle marketplace
  • Experience dealing with or within national key accounts
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to demonstrate ability to build executional efficiencies of limited resourcing, with high volume of workflow
  • Strong brand background
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft office applications
  • An attitude and proactive approach to solving problems
  • An involved team player who can work collaboratively across all departments
