New fixed term contract opportunity for a skilled payroll professional to join a leading FMCG organisation.

This is a 6-month FTC role where you will be part of an experienced payroll team reporting into a senior HR Manager.

You will assist in the processing of ANZ payroll for approximately 1,000 employees on a fortnightly and monthly basis using ADP.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the processing of fortnightly and monthly payrolls with a high degree of accuracy using ADP.
  • Processing pay for Australia and working closely with an outsourced provider to process New Zealand payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy, agreements, and legislation.
  • Process all leave requests, terminations calculations, employment contracts, company policies, and legislation.
  • Investigate and action any payroll-related requests and complex payroll queries.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years' experience in payroll processing environments.
  • Knowledge/experience using ADP Payforce is highly preferred but not essential.
  • Experience working with an outsourced provider would be beneficial.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Strong and effective communication skills.
