Our client is looking for a Construction Coordinator to join a successful concreting business in Forest Glen.

This role has the opportunity for growth into a more senior position and flexibility in hours will be considered, with a preference for an early start time to meet the needs of the clients and construction environment.

**Duties for the role**:
**Scheduling/ Logistics**
- Phoning suppliers for bookings of materials.
- Cross-checking job schedule with material deliveries and checking all in order for the next days jobs.
- Creating Job cards in software system/ linking Task for scheduling
- Scheduling Staff each day to jobs, via software.

**Safety Administration**
- Updating White card register when new employees join/ annually
- Printing safety packages for new jobs
- Toolbox talks for clients

**Daily Administration**
- Phone Calls/ re-directing to appropriate internal contact
- Plan Filing in job cards & Printing of plans (Next day jobs plus quoting)
- Sending COC to Clients
- Replying to Quote requests/ Website enquiries
- Data entry into Next Minute Software Logistics Program.
- Entering Staff Timesheets for Payroll to Process.
