Automation Engineer Opportunity

This role offers a challenging mid-senior level position that involves proven expertise in automation systems, particularly in the design, implementation, and commissioning of large-scale projects. As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will lead and support automation engineers in the development and commissioning of Alstef's Brisbane Airport project.

About the Position
  • Mentor junior engineers during commissioning activities to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Oversee the design and development of control systems to meet project requirements.
  • Lead system commissioning and cutovers, resolving technical issues during transitions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
  • Provide ongoing support to optimize system performance post-commissioning.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Supervise the automation engineering team to ensure tasks align with timelines, quality standards, and project objectives.
  2. Mentor junior engineers during commissioning activities.
  3. Oversee the design and development of control systems to meet project requirements.
