We are now looking for a Finance Officer to be part of our collaborative team culture and help contribute to our growing tribe.

**About the role...**

Reporting to the CFO, you will join a small and friendly team responsible for the accurate reporting of the Group's financial information, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll functions, reconciliations and ATO reporting.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Accounts receivable management
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Payroll tax, superannuation, incentive calculations and BAS preparation
- Assistance and support for the payroll and accounts payable officer
- Implementation of process improvements as required
- Assist the CFO and Senior Financial Accountant as required
- Ad-hoc tasks as business needs arise

**Skills, Experience and Character**

You’ll have a minimum of 2-3 years finance administration experience and happy to live and breathe the brand culture and values. You’ll be well-organised and a problem-solver, be ready to roll up your sleeves and get in alongside the team to make stuff happen.

**Specific skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated initiative and willingness to take ownership of tasks and processes
- Experience in managing Accounts payable and Accounts receivable
- Undergraduate qualification in accounting/commerce completed or near completion
- Previous experience in a small to medium sized business with exposure across a broad range of finance tasks and responsibilities
- Experience working with Excel and MYOB is highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with staff at all levels of an organisation
- Good communication skills - an ability to effectively communicate to customers and debtors/creditors as well as discussing information regarding payroll etc to non-finance staff
- Demonstrated practicality in decision making
- Good time management and prioritisation skills

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
