About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team at a leading Australian law firm. As a key member of our collaborative team, you will be the face of the firm at Reception, playing a critical role in delivering both internal and external client services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including managing bookings for internal services, such as rooms, catering, and facilities equipment.
  • Guest Relations: Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and well cared for.
  • Switchboard Management: Manage the switchboard, answering internal and external phone calls and directing them to the most appropriate person.
  • Reception Area Management: Take ownership of the presentation of the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a corporate reception position or in a similar front-of-house role.
  • Administrative Skills: Experience in administering bookings for internal services, preferably using an EMS system or a similar system.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
What We Offer
  • Early Start: Enjoy an early start with hours from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
  • Competitive Salary: Salary up to $85,000 package.
