Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Coordinator to join our organisation.

Your primary responsibility will be the coordination, development, implementation, and delivery of client-based programs. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of community service programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program schedules for clients
  • Coordinate new client inductions
  • Communicate changes in circumstances or situations to management and relevant authorities
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to execute community service programs
  • Demonstrate risk management awareness and adhere to our Health and Safety policy and procedure
  • Promote and model organisational standards by upholding clients' rights and celebrating their diversity
  • Ensure compliance with internal/external legislations and standard practices
  • Manage client feedback, compliments, and complaints

To succeed in this role, we require:

  • Tertiary qualifications, such as a Bachelor of Health Science (Recreation Therapy), or extensive experience developing Community service programs that focus on human-centred care in the disability or aged care sector
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for empowering clients
  • Experience meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Computer literacy, including rostering software and Microsoft Office
  • A current 'C' class Australian Driver's Licence
  • Up-to-date Covid Vaccinations or Medical Exemption

Required Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications, such as a Bachelor of Health Science (Recreation Therapy) or extensive experience in developing community service programs.
Desirable Skills: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in computer literacy, and a current 'C' class Australian Driver's Licence.
