Program Coordinator

This is a newly created role that focuses on coordinating the development, implementation, and delivery of customized client-based programs.

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for understanding client needs and aspirations to ensure future goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program schedules for community service clients.
  • Coordinate all new client inductions.
  • Communicate client changes or situations to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to execute community service programs.
  • Demonstrate risk management and adhere to organizational safety policies and procedures.
  • Promote and model work standards and organisational values by upholding client rights and celebrating diversity.
  • Ensure compliance with internal/external legislations and standard practices.
  • Manage client feedback, compliments, and complaints.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Health Science (Recreation Therapy) or equivalent experience developing community service programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for empowering clients.
  • Experience meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in computer literacy; i.e. rostering software and MS Office.
  • Current C-class Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Up-to-date Covid vaccinations or medical exemption.
