You are more than experienced – you're resilient, clear-headed and calm under pressure, with the confidence to lead and the humility to listen.

  • Unbiased, professional, and principled, standing firm under pressure

  • Strategic yet grounded, with the ability to plan long-term while managing daily complexity
  • Culturally sensitive, especially toward Aboriginal employees and community structures

Key qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, law, business, or similar
  • At least 4–5 years' experience in senior corporate or business management
  • Proven skill in finance, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and high-level reporting
  • The ability to build a positive, collaborative workplace culture and lead through change
  • High emotional intelligence, honesty, and a genuine passion for social purpose
