About the Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Executive Manager – Business Services to champion our mission of strengthening communities through cultural connection, systemic reform, and holistic wellbeing.

This is an executive leadership opportunity that will see you influence positive change on the ground, across the boardroom, and within the lives of those we serve.

About the Role
  • Drive transformational change in Aboriginal health and community wellbeing initiatives
  • Provide expert guidance and leadership to the business services team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve our mission and objectives, leveraging your finance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement expertise
  • Nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, community members, and external partners, promoting a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Law, Business, or related fields
  • A minimum of 4–5 years' experience in senior corporate or business management roles
  • Proven track record in finance, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and high-level reporting
  • The ability to build a positive, collaborative workplace culture and lead through change, demonstrating emotional intelligence and honesty
  • A genuine passion for social purpose and commitment to the values-driven executive culture
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary starting from $150,000 (negotiable)
