Corporate Governance Specialist

This position provides support to senior management in implementing corporate governance functions, encompassing planning, coordination, and reporting on strategic initiatives and projects.
Main Responsibilities- Developing and maintaining a risk management framework
- Preparing annual reports and other documents as required
- Assisting with the administration of internal and parliamentary committees
- Undertaking project-based work as assigned
