Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Leader to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering strategic and operational HR Service Delivery across a designated geographical area.

The successful candidate will be an expert in HR transformational change and will provide coaching and mentoring to senior leadership teams to improve employee engagement and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement of the HR function through effective influencing and collaborative working relations.
  • Provide support nationally on IR related matters, including leading enterprise agreement negotiations and preparing relevant paperwork.
  • Offer guidance to managers on complex underperformance, misconduct, disciplinary action, and dismissals.
  • Manage end-to-end workplace investigations and grievance resolution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements through education and engagement with the team.
