Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Assistant to join our team at Rouse Hill Store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Jay Jays by delivering exceptional customer service with honesty and integrity.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual and store targets.
  • Cash handling and processing sales.
  • Assist with stock management and processing.
  • Assist with setting up store promotions and visual merchandising.
  • Minimise stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures.

  • Awareness of loss prevention, health & safety, visual merchandising, as well as experience in a team environment or fashion retail is favourable but not essential.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
